Summer Smartphone app.
The Smart Beach concept is based on the integration of 3 separate software and IoT components:
Summer Smartphone app, which allows users to easily book and pay for a sunbed and parasol set on the beaches registered at the Summer platform.
Smart Buoy, first IoT device – a sea-floating device with appropriate anchorage; Smart Parasol, second IoT device, which allows users to power their electronic devices and keep their valuable possessions in safety vault. Parasol would also have a set of sensors, measuring temperature on the beach, UV radiation, humidity, wind, etc.
